Incoming Quality Control
We perform a thorough quality check for all incoming raw materials, including visual inspection, functional verification and sometimes even making real samples for testing and verifying. In doing so, we ensure our materials are of the highest quality and safety before we begin product development.

Production Quality Control
After strict incoming quality control measures have passed, we leverage product quality control processes along our production lines. This helps avoid major quality issues and ensures a stable production environment to create quality products.

Quality Assurance Before Shipments
We perform a final quality check before finished goods ship from our factory. Last but not least, we have the strictest AQL inspection standard in our field. This check is independent from our incoming quality control and production quality control system processes, which only takes order to the General Manager.
